12. Shipping & Delivery
No matter which shipping method you opt for, delivery timescales are from date of shipment from us and not date of order placement. Delivery time may vary and can take up to 15 days or longer from processing your order. And large & life size figures or special order items can take longer to come into stock before they are dispatched (approximately two weeks in most cases). Prices for delivery are for main land UK. only. Ireland the Scottish highlands, difficult destinations and Europe may incur an additional charge of £5.50 + vat below £50.00 and £15.00 + vat below £100.00. But this is only in extreme cases of remoteness, and we will contact you at the time of purchase if this charge is necessary. For all other deliveries cost of shipping will be sent by email and goods delivered on conformation of payment, you will be liable for any import export duties incurred by your order for your country to and from the UK if applicable. We can not arrange specific times days or dates to have your orders delivered; we can only give estimates and approximations based on other orders.

13. Returns Policy
Where ever possible we will endeavour to ensure customer satisfaction with all our products, but if for any reason you are not satisfied with the item purchased please contact us immediately and we will issue you with details on returning the goods and refunding your purchase .Unfortunately we CAN NOT refund the cost of any postage for returned items once they are dispatched. The customer is liable for the original shipping cost and return postage when returning goods. Items purchased at a discounted rate will not be refunded at full price. All items purchased will be checked before dispatch to insure that they are good condition, if when they arrive they are damaged in any way you must contact us immediately within 48 hours to insure that the cost of postage can be reclaimed from the courier and a replacement sent to you. If we can not reclaim the value of the order due to expired contact times then you as the customer are liable for the damage unless otherwise stated by us.
You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you are retuning it or no longer require it. And goods must be returned within 7 days unless stated otherwise. In this instance you are liable to return your order in “as good as new” and unused condition. You are liable for the cost of return postage and insuring the contents to there value in cased of breakage on there return.
If you are retuning and unwanted order, it is up to you to insure it is retuned to us in its unused and undamaged condition in its original packaging, and is wrapped properly so as not to cause any damage in transit. Please take care when unwrapping not to rip, destroy, remove, use or discard any part of your order if you are retuning it as incomplete or broken orders CAN NOT be refunded unless you have contacted us immediately within 48 hours. And you are liable for the cost of return postage and insuring the contents to there value in cased of breakage on there return. No refund will be given if unwanted orders are returned broken, it is up to you to reclaim value of the damage loss from your preferred courier/delivery/postal service, but we will assist with any claim forms or procedures necessary to insure your remuneration.
14. Receiving Deliveries
The customer must insure that there house name or number is in clear view for courier. And insure that there will be someone home to receive your ordered goods. Especially if you have requested goods delivered to an alterative address for example as a gift. If you miss a delivery you must rearrange it yourself for a more convenient time. If you fail to rearrange delivery in time or fail to collect your order from the couriers/postal depot and the goods are returned to us you will have to either collect them from our store or pay for redelivery of your order. Cancellation of your order CAN NOT be accepted at this time and the responsibility for accepting your order is yours!
Please note: We rely on the honesty and integrity of the postal service to deliver your order, if they are unable to deliver an order they are supposed to leave a postal card to assist you with rearranging or collecting your order (on some occasions they do not do this and we ARE NOT responsible for there failure to do this) after one failed attempt to deliver you must be prepared to collect your order from the delivery agent. Failure to do so will incur additional charges to you, and we will not be held liable for any loss in this instance. If you have not contacted us after 7 days or requested a traceable order then you will have to wait until we can declare it as missing. (Please refer to section16. Missing Orders)
Please bear in mind that couriers may have difficulty with unusual or remote addresses the customer must allow for this when ordering. And it would be appreciated if you could let us know in advance of any problems with delivering to your address.
If you require you’re your goods delivered to an alternative address please insure all aspects of the information provided about this address are correct as you will be liable for any mistakes. And that they do not turn away orders because they are not expecting them. And in some circumstances we may have to reveal the origin of the gift and the name of its sender.

If you request goods to be left on you door step or to the side of your house and they are stolen we will not accept any responsibility for this loss. 15. Cancellation of your Order

16. Missing Orders
Your order can only be declared as missing after 20 days from the dispatch date (not the date the order is placed), in the unfortunate event of this happening, you will have to fill in claim forms sent to you for us via the post office, if you fail to do this you will be liable for the cost of your order. If you need a replacement you will have to repurchase your order and the claim will be settled separately. No replacement for lost goods will be sent out without payment.
